Assistant Principal
Mr. Peter Blodnik is excited to be entering his fourteenth year of service to the Belleville Public Schools community, including 12 years as a high school science teacher. During this time, he taught AP Environmental Science, Biology, Biology II, Integrated Science, and Environmental Science. This school year, Mr. Blodnik will begin his second year as high school assistant principal.
Mr. Blodnik has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University, a Master of Education degree in Science Education from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education, and a Master of Arts degree in Education Leadership from Montclair State University. Mr. Blodnik is currently enrolled in Centenary University's Doctorate of Educational Leadership (Ed.D) program. He is also working to complete a professional education program on Differentiate Instruction through the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
When he is not in school, Mr. Blodnik enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Mr. Blodnik is looking forward to another great year at BHS!
As an Assistant Principal at BHS, Mr. Blodnik looks forward to supporting staff and students, along with our district administrators, in continuing to develop 21st Century Leaders.
